Not Recommended 9/19/2008

Yes, the hot tub rooms are very nice, but the massage I had by a woman here was one of the most humiliating events of my life. It almost turned me off to massages permanently. I will never return to Watercourse Way. I only wish that I had reported the therapist's behavior to the owner at the time. more

Great place for "date night" 7/31/2006

Watercourse Way in Palo Alto (www.watercourseway.com) offers a nice option for a relaxing afternoon date with your partner or girls afternoon out. They offer a nice variety of spa services, but my husband and I just enjoy going out for a quick lunch and then a 1-hour soak in one of their beautiful hot-tub and sauna rooms (my favorite is "One Pine"). The atmosphere is peaceful and elegant. It's amazing how just lunch and one hour of peaceful soaking in that surrounding can restore and rejeuvante you when you're looking for a nice break from the kids but only have a babysitter for a few hours! more

Great Place to be Pampered 12/5/2005

I LOVE this spa. It's a small place, that you would drive by and miss, but it rocks. They have great hot tubs rooms - wonderful for a romantic hour! I can recommend the waterfall room, it's really beautiful. They provide all the towels and robes. You can also spend a day getting pampered with a massage, facial, etc. The staff are great too. more

Day spa 12/2/2005

Awesome day spa with all you need for a relaxing experience. Very well known around the area for massages, facials, hot tubs, scrubs, etc. They even have a boutique with jewelry and aromatherapy products from local vendors. They also have late night appointments. Parking is good in the rear of the bldg if you can't find any on the street. more

Good massage 12/1/2005

I went to Watercourse Way for a massage after receiving a gift certificate from friends. The soaking tubs are nice as was the massage. My massage therapist was professional and did a good job. The atmosphere was relaxing and it wasn't busy when I went. They are open in the evenings which is nice and I was also able to get an appointment fairly quickly. more

Friends love it, but i think the quality is dropping 8/15/2005

Watercourse way used to be my favorite and my friends like it too. A few years ago I would have recommended Watercourse Way but we've (my husband and i) have been disappointed with them recently. We felt that it was a bit overpriced and the quality has dropped. There is a relatively new spa (Thermae Day Spa) in Menlo Park which my sister has been to and was very happy with. So we are going to try that one next more
