Water damage charlotte came to our home and saved our carpet. We had a dishwasher male function and water went all over our carpets. They called our insurance company for us to make everything go smooth. I was happy they didn’t even take long at all to get all the water up .It was cleaned in 30 minutes and dried in 25. Was very happy with the out come. more

I was amazed about water damage charlotte. They came out quick and helped with my water damage. The water smelled bad due to the toilet was running all night and we have a well. There was water all over our bathroom floors it was bad really bad. But charlotte made everything much better and sanitized everything for us. I paid with my credit card which was great. more

My hot water tank went on me over the weekend and I had to call water damage charlotte due to all the water. It just seemed like it wouldn’t stop. They were great. They came in worked quickly to turn the unit off and was able to get all the water picked up in no time. My insurance spoke with them about payment and the handled everything for me. I had no worries at all. more

fast workers 6/5/2011

I had to call water damage charlotte after my washer flooded out my downstairs. It wasn’t too bad but bad enough where I couldn’t clean up all the water. I was scared that my wood floors were going to get ruined. Water damage charlotte worked great with my insurance company and even called them. I was very pleased with the results after they were done. Everything was right back to normal for me. more

amazing company 6/5/2011

I am great full for water damage charlotte they really worked hard for me. The pipe in my shower burst and I didn’t know how to turn off the water. I had a lot of water in my bathroom and new it would even be worse if I couldn’t turn it off. I called water damage charlotte and told them what happen, they got there people out here quickly. They even told me where to find the water turn off switch. I was so greatful to them. more

Water damage charlotte did a great job when my washer hose broke. They dealt with my insurance company. They even were at my house 20 minutes after I called them it was amazing. They were able to soak up all the water and even save my floors it was a good experience with them. more
