I called water damage Charlotte after a bad storm. I had went out and it poured I had left my bedroom window open and my carpets were soaked. It was terrible. Water damage Charlotte came out and got all the water up out of the carpet. They even sanitized everything for me so we wouldn more

Great experience with water damage Charlotte. My tub had over flowed. I thought the water was going down but the drain must have been clogged and the water was still running I had forgot and was on the phone. I was so embarrast. But water damage Charlotte made me feel good. They were great at fixing the problem and making sure the clog was gone so this would not happen again. They had all the water up in minutes. I was able to give the a check for the damage. more

I had called water damage Charlotte due to my washer had flooded out my kitchen floors. They really did a super job cleaning up everything. They even put fans down and left them over night to make sure everything dried properly. I was very impressed how quick they worked and how they dealt with my insurance company. more

My son flipped over the fish tank and we had standing water every where. I called water damage charlotte and they were in in 30 minutes. The carpet smelled like rotten fish. Water damage charlotte took care of everything the carpet smell fresh an clean again. I was able to write a check to them with no problems for there work.\r \r more

A great job performed by water damage Charlotte. My tub had over flowed after I didn’t pay attention and I had water from one end to the other. Water damage Charlotte was able to get the water up quicker than I could and saved the carpets. I didn’t even have to deal with insurance cause my deductable was so high. more

My icemaker in my fridge was not working instead it was pouring out water from the back. I didn’t know till the was water all under the fridge and all in the kitchen. I called water damage charlotte and they were her quick. I was happy with the work and how quick they water came up. They called my insurance due to my floor buckled a bit. Everything came out beautifully was done in 1day. more

I had my washer machine hose break in the middle of doing laundry. There was water all over my laundry room. I called water damage Charlotte to come out and get all this water up. I was so please with the response time and the job they did. They made a bad situation into a smooth clean up. I was amazed how quickly they work. more

I took a long weekend and came home to a big water damage. I called water damage Charlotte right away. I must have had a sewage back up because it smelled so bad in our home. There was dark water every where. Water damage Charlotte worked with my insurance due to carpet needed to be replaced and my hard wood floors the buckled as well. They were able to complete the work in less than a week. I was greatful this company was around. They made a bad situation into a positive so quick so we could be back in out home. more

Water damage charlotte really saved my upstairs. I had the hose on my washer brake and water was all over my upstairs. I was worried about my ceilings coming down. I called Water damage charlotte they were out her so quick. They had all the water up in less than 30 minutes. They also cleaned the rugs for me so no smells would set in. My ceiling was saved and so wasn’t my pocket. Great price for someone who didn’t have insurance. more

I had to call water damage charlotte when I had a flood in my basement. I was in standing water it was bad. They were great they came out quickly and cleaned up all the water. Made sure everything was sanitized. They worked great with my insurance company so I had no out of pocket money to dish out at all. more
