Your driver backed into an empty lot and ran over the private property sign. The huge truck sank and was buried to it's axels. The damage it left is huge and you won't take, or return my calls? Not only am I eating the dust every time the wind blows. we cant even mow it now! You will fix this or you will deal with my medical bills. I was just in the hospital about a week after this for a COPD exasperation and that can and was brought on by the dust blowing into my home! I was taken via ambulance to the hospital and turned blue from lack of oxygen. I will start a neighborhood petition to have you banned from Highland acre dr. This is a private rd and if the majority rules, you will be banned. So think about it., loss of electricity by Tim Mumford at the power company, possible law suite for lowering property value and medical bills, banned from an entire street costing you how many active accounts. No future business possible on this street? Is it really worth all that to get out of doing whats right? Now stop hanging up on me (losing me in transfer) and take care of your business like grown folk! more

I moved to the area and signed up with Waste Pro for trash service. I have now had them 5 weeks. They have only picked up week 3 & 4 without a phone call to them. more

waste pro has turned out to be the least efficient garbage company in the country. At this time one star may be too much for them. They seem to have ""good"" people working there, but they miss pickups, damage your cans if you don't use their's and have left the cans in the street (one of my pet peeves), I have had more aggravation with this company in two years as I have had with all the other trash companies I've used in this area in the last 20+ years. more

After 27 years with Waste Service Inc we started our service this month with you. Today was supposed to be our first pick-up. We had the garbage out since last night; however, no one came to pickup. We called your phone number 452-5278 where she connected us to dispatch (Varese). The dispatch talked to the driver who told her that he went by our street and there was no garbage out. That is not true. He either misread the address on his route sheet or missed us completely since this was our first time. The garbage has been out since yesterday. We even put Waste Pro label on our garbage can and the mail box. We understand today is the 4th of July and they are only working till early afternoon, however, we are disappointed with your service so far and are already regretting the switch from Waste Services since they were offering to match your price and they never missed a day of service. more
