Cheesesteaks are great, and not cheap on the meat. The wings are definitely some of the best in the area, good taste and just enough kick. OMG! if you want to waste your lunch money and suffer through unbelievably mediocre service, then this restaurant is for you! Waited 20 min before our order was taken and the lunch took two hours. Coffee came ice cold. The wait for food took so long, even the barmaid apologized. Went on a Saturday afternoon with reservations and waited interminably for food. Seemed as if we had arrived at the restaurant before the chef. As for the food, when it finally arrived, well, you be the judge: a grilled veggie sandwich was made from a package of frozen vegetables, that had been partially steamed and put on the grill, which of course left them watery, tasteless and lumpy, then heaped on a roll with a tomato sauce poured over the watery mass. Mmm, Mmm: tasted exactly like leftover vegetables from the night before made by someone who hadn't a clue. Two of us ordered hot pork sandwiches that arrived with cold pork. When we complained, we were graciously given two small containers of the hot au jus to pour over our sandwiches in order to make them warm. Huh?? What alternate universe do these folks inhabit? In this instance, I'm thinking AVOID is too mild an admonition. Cons: no waitress at lunchtime, only a barmaid and miserable food more

Ok so here's what I think... No one is taking cake @ the WT!! Pj sounds a lil' drunk himself in this review. Someone who has been around for 46yrs. should know how to spell scene. I didn't think that being an owner/ exec. chef was unheard of! And i've seen no signs of DRUGS...get real! keep in mind there is a BAR attached to the resturant! You can't control who is at the bar... (isn't that anywhere) In fact i'm impressed w/ the food that's served here. I find them very accommodating. I'm planning a Birthday Party Brunch to be held @ the WT. I'm looking forward to my guests experiencing the WT. I've got to go over the menu and personalize what i'd like to have served. Not many places let you sit down w/ the chef and do so. I find this last review to be a joke. The WT is back in Business and plenty of people have been waiting for it to re-open. Don't let one's ignorance keep you from experiencing great food, good music, friendly staff, and tasty drinks! Pros: great place not too far from home! more

I personally know the Executive Chef and this review is based on the presentation, taste and quality of the food, not just based on our friendship. From the top of the menu to the bottom, make many, many trips again and again to the Warwick Tavern. Make sure you try every delectable delight from appetizers to desserts to the wondrous list of drinks to enjoy. Everything you consume will make your taste buds scream for more! Creative new chefs have brought this Tavern up from the dead! The food is outstanding! New dishes such as shrimp and crab fra diablo offer tastebud explosions! The garlic mashed potatoes are perfect. Everything is homemade and deserves to be tried. Even the desserts are wonderful and made to order. I highly recommend this place. You'll come back for more.\r Pros: Yummy food more

The ribs were out of this world and the coconut shrimp was just unreal. The size of the shrimp was unbelievable. They will be opening their new restaurant menu on October 9th. Can't wait!! Everyone should try them out...you will not be dissapointed. Great neighborhood bar and restaurant. more
