Very professional and knowledgible 12/17/2011

We had a Mitsubishi mini-split system installed and from start to finish the job went very smooth. They were very prompt in getting us an estimate and there were no surprises along the way. The workers who installed it were very neat and courteous and we've had no problems with the system since they put it in. I would recommend them to anyone who would ask. more

Professional Company 12/16/2011

I have used and recommended Warren Heating and Cooling to several of my customers and everyone seems to be very pleased. Everyone involved with this company is extremely professional and knowledgeable about parts, service and installation. Paul installed my AC and heating system and showed me various units and choices and was great at explaining differences between the choices. He always call back on the same day which is rare. Great job more

Great Installation 12/16/2011

Warren Heating and Cooling did a great job from start to finish. First was the meeting with the sales rep who wasn't pushy but understood my needs for a really efficient, easy to operate system. After providing a few systems that fit my needs I settled on the Carrier furnace and air conditioner unit. I did shop around looking for a similar product but to come down to it, Warren Heating and Cooling was the most cost effective system and provided the longest warrantee. Next up was the install team. As this was a Turn-Key operation, all I had to do was pay for the permits and let them in the door. All the paperwork was handled. The installers were clean cut and super well mannered, even putting down drop cloths to protect my floors. Within 6 hours, they were complete with the job and loaded back up with the old furnace and old air conditioner. They explained to me the new thermostat by going over all of the controls and showing me how to change the filters if I wanted to. Here is the kicker. My old Goodman furnace with around an 80 efficiency was running me around $400 a month in the winter to keep my house around 68 degrees. It used to break down once a winter also. Now with my new Carrier furnace, my heating bill topped out last year at around $250 bucks and my house is warm and toasty. I think that they did a great job from start to finish. more

Best Heating and Cooling Company Ever! 6/9/2011

This Company is outstanding. I placed a call during a 100 degree day as they were so busy and while I was at work they promised they would have new AC installed that night. I'm a single father with a son that can't handle that uncomfortable conditions as he has issues. The company worried more about getting me up and running and didn't care about anything else. They are professional and meticulous. I myself have done some HVAC work, electrical work and other building before and I would recommend Warren Heating and Cooling to my family, friends and everyone. Honest and Reliable 10/29/2010

I just moved to NJ and Last night my heating went out, it was freezing in our house and I have 2 small babies.. I called Warren Heating, I got a live person on the phone.. a repair guy was at my house within a short amount of time, and was able to get my heating repaired relatively quickly. I was surprised at how affordable it was. Thank you so much Warren!! more

friendly and reliable 10/29/2010

Good positive experience. Showed up to my home within twenty four hours. Offered the same equipment as two of the other companies I called at a much lower price. Install was painless and I have had more then one follow up call to make sure that everything was running smoothly. more
