Wardcraft Homes

This company promisesyou the world, but doesn't deliver! They have a ""contractor"" in your area that you have to use as your builder. I have no beef with our contractor, as he was doing his best and was at the mercy of Wardcraft. Wardcraft would promise completion time/delivery on our house and it was always behind schedule......as far a completion and being transported to our property. This left us as well as our contractor in a constant waiting game. We did get our house and TONS of things were missing and they had the wrong color trim throughout our WHOLE house!! This turned into ANOTHER situation where Wardcraft Promised and again DIDN""T deliver on time. We waited on the correct doors for 8 MONTHS! This company is horrible to deal with.....they put you off month after month after month! We called so much to try to straighten things out it was like they started to ignore us!\r \r Our contractor was left in the middle constantly. We realize he was at the mercy of wardcraft and could only do as much as he could, as they were in charge with the shipping/building of our house. I think that their company is set up this way so if you have a problem.....they blame your contractor. This man has NO CONTROL and yet they put the blame on him for their POOR SERVICE and unorganization! This company will promise you the world......and you may get it.....piece by piece.....that's how they work! What a JOKE!! more

WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY!!! They may require you to use a contractor of their choice -- I know of two separate cases of women who used the contractor this company (in FORT MORGAN) demanded they use, had to pay him for the kit house, he then absconded with the money and they were literally left with nothing! One woman lost her life savings because of them, one lost $500,000. Two different women, two different cases, people who lost everything. One went to court and lost, because they blamed the contractor, but he was the only contractor they said she could use. BE CAREFUL!!!! This is no joke. more
