This is in response to AJH's review below. This is Walt Jr. from Walt's Window Repair. Your wife had called up on Friday in regards to a sliding door repair. I told her we would get her sometime the following week and that we would give her a call once we got her on schedule. I had not given her an exact time since it was a shortened week due to memorial day and we tend to get a lot of emergency broken glass calls over long weekends. Your wife called again on Wednesday thinking she was on schedule for that day, I had informed her that she was not but I would grab her service slip and bring it to Walt's attention once he was back in from doing estimates. This morning, you had called again and I told you I would talk to Walt for you this morning and I would call you back once he had gotten the service guys out. Once he had a chance to take a look at the schedule, Walt put you on for the next day, Friday, but you had already contacted another service company (which is perfectly understandable).\r

Please keep in mind, we are a small family owned business. We do not have a lot of trucks on the road who can service customers in the same day. I know a lot of larger companies, like Air Around the Clock, can service people the same day, and a lot of people have come to expect this kind of service. If I was unclear on the wait time to be scheduled, that was a failure on my part and something I will work to correct. I do apologize. If you do not get your problem resolved, please give us a call back, I will make sure we get you taken care of right away.\r
