Gerald Corona my service advisor was exceptionally good. Unfortunately I know owning a Mercedes service repair is very expensive. During these economic hardships my leaning is toward selling it. There should be more of a discounts given for repair service or optional payment plan. more

Extremely good experience 4/26/2011

I had an extremely good experience today with the service department, and I can't say that I have ever had a good experience at a dealership (well, except for Saturn). My SL500 was having issues with electric consumers being offline, and the smart key not being very smart. I thought I would probably have to replace my rear battery, possibly get the alternator or other electrical systems fixed and/or possibly a new key. The extremely friendly staff quickly saw that it was just the key battery that needed replacing. (I did test that, but I guess it needs to have an absolutely full charge to work. And it turns out my electric consumers being offline is a normal problem when you don't drive often.) So they just charged me $7 for the battery and I was out very quickly. I wasn't there long but felt like they weren't going to rip me off. With everything else I thought I was going to have to pay for, they could've easily done so. I will definitely be going back. more

I have been having my 500 CLK serviced at your dealership. I originally bought my Mercedes at another dealership and was very disappointed with their service department. I decided to try Riverside and as so blessed in getting Derrick as my service agent. He has been so great. He’s dependable; respectful and knowledgeable. I feel so confident in taking my car to your service department and that makes the trip from Rancho Cucamonga well worth it. more

We love our new A4, and really appreciate your courtesy and involvement, Minh's demonstration of the car and in getting the "deal" ball rolling, and Andy seeing us through the financial details. It truly was worth the trip from Irvine to Riverside, and perhaps the best part was "the long ride home" (it really wasn't very far because of the SR241 toll road) in a very enjoyable and compelling new car. more

Best auto buying experience 12/29/2010

That was by far one the best auto buying experiences my wife and I had been through. What normally is found to be pushy and uncomfortable became enjoyable and fun! It seemed as if the entire dealership was there to help us! Sales person Victor Barboza and sales manager Jonathan Kienle were more then pleasant. I would not go out of my way to write this if I didn't feel as if they went out of their way to make this buying experience our best one yet! more

Frequent Specials 12/28/2010

I attended the Porsche technical session at Walter's on Saturday and my 2002 Turbo was inspected thoroughly and two light bulbs were replaced. The bulbs were discounted due to being a member of the Porsche Club of America and the labor was n/c since it was a tech inspection day. This is the second of these I have attended at Walter's and it is good to know how your car is doing. You are able to go into the shop, talk with the service technician and ask questions. Good job by the dealership. P.S. They have frequent specials on oil changes which saved me a couple of hundred dollars before. more
