Jeremy Mills in new car sales was very good to deal with. He was very patient and really knew the Nissan product line. He explained everything very thoroughly and told us our best options. It is really good to deal with an honest person that you can trust completely, I would do business with Walser again without reservation. more

Our new Pathfinder 11/2/2011

We stopped by and didn't know what we ran into. Everyone was so accommodating and nice it was almost scary. Didn't know a car dealer would work as hard as they did to make the sale fit where my wife and I thought our payments needed to be, get the deal we wanted, and the coverage we wanted for the price we could afford. Andrew was a huge reason we hung around and worked with them the first afternoon. Then Jake took over the next day and worked numbers with us to make everything work out. As we worked with the lender to get numbers to where we needed them Jake continued to crunch the number with us and was extremely helpful. We love our new Pathfinder and everyone says we got a great deal, even the loan officer at the bank questioned the price and said that is a great price. more

Excellent buying experience 6/6/2011

Bought my first Nissan and had a five star experience. Their staff was outstanding but I want to give special recognition to my sales person, Courtney Drentlaw. She made all the difference and has given me the same consistently great service before, during and after the sale of my 2011 Murano. more

New 2011 Nissan Ultima 2.5SL 6/2/2011

The staff listened to what we wanted and couldn't have been more pleasant. There was a car on the lot that had everything we were looking for and the people at Walser worked late to help us drive off the lot in our new car. I would recommend this dealership for new car purchases. more

A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE 5/26/2011

I usually let my husband take care of cars.. But decided to try on my own. Went in to buy a Muranno-Came home with a Rougue. I saved $10,000 and have a better car for me. Single driver so I don't need the extra room or extra gas expense. I love it. Thanks, Amanda Black.... more

Absolutely loved the Service from Nissan Walser, I had the pleasure of working with Amanda black, who not only was patient, but took the time to go through everything from top to bottom, and in no way made me felt rushed throughout the process. The ONLY place to get a car 4/22/2011

I have now done 2 leases through Walser Nissan, and I have had great experiences. This most recent trip to Walser, I had the pleasure of working with AMANDA BLACK. She was the best!! I dragged my mom along with me to look, and we both walked away with new vehicles and amazing prices. Amanda, along with GM Gary, went above and beyond in servicing to help my mom and I, and we had the best time. It was a great day, and I will never forget that experience. I will never go to another location for a car- Walser Nissan is the only place I trust. Amanda was a great sales person to work with, because she didn't have a sales person attitude :) more

Usually i don't like the "no haggle" dealers, but their no pressure sales and awesome staff, coupled with the low price, sold me! Amanda was able to answer all my questions, and made buying a car fun! i will definitely go back to this dealer in the future. more

Love my new Juke! 4/14/2011

I recently purchased a new Nissan Juke at the Walser Nissan dealership in Burnsville, MN. Wow, did I ever receive wonderful treatment!! From start to finish and driving away in my new Juke, all of the people at the dealership were friendly and very helpful. I especially want to thank Amanda Black, a Customer Service Specialist, who took so much time to greet me, accompany me on a test drive, and explain in detail all of the specifications of the Juke. She followed up with numerous phone calls to find and customize the Juke just to suit me. She seemed to add many personal touches that made me feel very special. I would like to send her a very special “Thank You” for her kindness, her professionalism, and most importantly her attention to details that were important to me. I love my new Juke! more

Great Dealer to work with! 3/25/2011

Walser Nissan at Burnsville is a GREAT Dealer to work with! We bought 2 cars for last couple month from them and both times was impressed by experience. These people are top flight. They were knowledgeable, pleasant and enjoyed they work. From the time we stepped onto the lot, everyone there treated us in extremely friendly relaxed manner. Vernon was especially helpful. He introduced us to the cars, he gave us complete run down of all the features that cars had and answered all our questions. During both our visits we were able to test cars, complete paperwork and drive out on our new cars pleased and happy. Walser Nissan is excellent service, knowledgably staff and great attention to details. I am definitely going to come back to them if I would need another car. more

Hello, my name is Joe. I recently bought a vehicle from Amanda at Burnsville's Walser Nissan. I can truly say that my visit there was a great idea in the first place. I was looking around for a Kia Soul all over the Twin Cities. I was contacted by Walser Nissan saying they had a Soul with low mileage and in my price range. I went there not really expecting to leave with a car. Boy was I wrong. I was greeted with smiles and care. Amanda Black sat me down and walked me through the whole process. Even while I was eagerly awaiting a reply from a bank about my loan status, Amanda informed me of all the benefits of being a Walser customer. Many of these perks I was not expecting. She really appeared to care for my needs before, during, and after my car purchase. Even when I went to get a carwash there, she greeted me with a smile and asked me if I was still loving my new Kia Soul. And I sure am. Thank you Walser Nissan. And especially thank you Amanda. Consistently stellar service 2/3/2011

Consistently steller service. I have never had an unpleasant experience with Walser Nissan service in Burnsville, MN. Service staff are consistently courteous, prompt, respectful, and never intimidating. I always feel comfortable expressing my needs and well attended to within a quick time frame. They are flexible and accommodating to my needs. For example, recently a staff member brought my car around after it was finished as a courtesy since I am 7+ months pregnant, they expressed their concern that I not have to be out in the cold/ice if not necessary. I also showed up very early for my appointment at a very busy time. I expected to wait, but was pleasantly surprised when my wait was brief and I was greeted with nothing but pleasantries. I highly recommend this service department above all others. more

Bought 2 cars there in 6 months! 1/10/2011

After an accident in June my wife had to buy a new car while I was out of town and John Tower at Walser Nissan helped her on site while patiently answering all my questions over the phone. When I was back in the US I was impressed with the purchase but noticed that the roof had a few dents that must have been the result of a hail storm some time ago. Of course I gave my wife a hard time buying a less than perfect vehicle. I was convinced the dealer would now no longer take responsibility but when she called John, there was absolutely no problem. He took the car in for repairs, gave us a rental car free of charge and we have been impressed with our Murano ever since. John followed up with us periodically and so last week I decided to replace my old car and buy from him again. It took all in all 5 days from when I called him to driving my new Altima of the lot. I am also impressed by their efficient service, by their friendliness and their business practices. I have no time to haggle for price, so I love that they state their best price first, how else following the purchase would I know that I truly got the best deal. more

Dan Lacroix was very welcoming and easy to work with. He set the expecations up front as to what was going to be done to my vehicle. He left me feeling confident that the services I went in for were going do be executed to a high quality standard. I had zero questions and was relaxed the entire time.
