This wasn't necessarily a shopping complaint. I had one of my employees call for a reference check, and it took her forever becuase they kept transfering her. She talked to a guy named chuck, who transfered her the first time, then after about ten minutes of this chuck picked up the phone and told her to QUIT CALLING IT WAS UNCONVIENTANT FOR HIM TO ANSWER THE PHONE EVERYTIME IT RINGS. He started yelling at her and told her she was bothering him and he didnt want to talk to her. That is definately bad business, it doesnt matter how irritated you are, if you are a proffessional, you should always be curtious and polite!!!!!!
Pros: None, it is always over crowded, you can go to target and pay a couple of cents more on products buts worth it
Cons: Its over crowded, and after talking with CHUCK i probably wont shop there anymore
