My Husband and I had ordered Counter-tops from Walls, Floors and More with a 3.5 weeks timeframe of needing them as we were having a 1st birthday party at our house. At 2 weeks my husband called to make sure they were on schedule, only to find out 3 days later that the product we ordered was no longer available!!! The store manager was EXTREMELY rude and told me that I should not have planned an event at my house!!! I'm sorry but 3 weeks is plenty of time to expect counter-tops to be fabricated and available. When I asked why he did not let us know sooner, he blamed the manufactuer and again told me I was wrong for expecting them in 3 weeks when that did not seem like a problem when they took our money! I have requested a cancel of my order and a full refund of every cent they charged us....we'll see if they complie. I'm going to the BBB, they are completely inebt of doing business. We hired a wonderful contractor to complete a bathroom remodel for us in a month timeframe. We were ripping out our entire bathroom and would be without a shower for the time that the remodel was completed. The contractor recommended a different provider but based on an article we had seen in This Old House magazine about the DalTile Subway Tile we decided to order from Walls, Floors and More. We went in to look at the product and the saleswoman was very nice and helpful. We decided to place our order and they told us that the tile would be available in two weeks. The woman told my husband she would call if there would be a delay in the tile being available. We scheduled our contractor and advised him that if there would be a delay we would call and change the start date. We never received a call and tried contacting the store by phone each time it went directly to a voicemail. Finally the day after the two week timeframe we left work early to personally go to the store. They stated that the tile was on backorder and they did not know when it would come in to the store. Mike was horrible and stated that we should not have expected the tile to be available. The delay led to my bathroom being unfinished for an extra 3 days. And to make matters worse when the tile finally arrived the bullnose was not correct. T his store has horrible customer service and I highly recommend that you do not utilize them for any services. Mike does not care about his customers experience and is incredibly unhelpful. Please patronize another local business and not Walls, Floors and More Cons: EVERYTHING more

My experience was close to disastrous. This is an organization that lacks coordination and integrity. They totally subcontract everything out and while they say that their design services are ""complimentary"" they embed plenty of mark up that account for their time and normal design fees. Unfortunately, their desigers are not on par with typical designers you can easily find in the market or at other more professional firms. Instead, they are glorified sales reps who try to sell you everything they can and only those limited brands that they carry in their store. This is an amateur operation and you end up piecing most of it together and getting lots of surprises along the way...adding to the cost. If you are doing somthing very small, you may have a shot, but don't have them do your kitchen or a major install. Good luck.
