We hired a wonderful contractor to complete a bathroom remodel for us in a month timeframe. We were ripping out our entire bathroom and would be without a shower for the time that the remodel was completed. The contractor recommended a different provider but based on an article we had seen in This Old House magazine about the DalTile Subway Tile we decided to order from Walls, Floors and More. We went in to look at the product and the saleswoman was very nice and helpful. We decided to place our order and they told us that the tile would be available in two weeks. The woman told my husband she would call if there would be a delay in the tile being available. We scheduled our contractor and advised him that if there would be a delay we would call and change the start date. We never received a call and tried contacting the store by phone each time it went directly to a voicemail. Finally the day after the two week timeframe we left work early to personally go to the store. They stated that the tile was on backorder and they did not know when it would come in to the store. Mike was horrible and stated that we should not have expected the tile to be available. The delay led to my bathroom being unfinished for an extra 3 days. And to make matters worse when the tile finally arrived the bullnose was not correct. T his store has horrible customer service and I highly recommend that you do not utilize them for any services. Mike does not care about his customers experience and is incredibly unhelpful. Please patronize another local business and not Walls, Floors and More
