Fantastic Experience! 5/21/2012

I am an interior designer and work with Laura and the staff at Wallauers regularly and my experience with them has been exceptional! They are knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The store has wonderful resources and they make every effort to make sure the customer is happy. Their installers are professional and skilled as well. I recommend them to everyone I know! more

Costly mistake 5/6/2012

I bought wallpaper through Wallauers both to support a local merchant, and to make sure I ordered the correct amount of wallpaper. Laura ordered the paper for me, but didn't order enough. Her mistake cost me an extra $45 in shipping, plus the new roll will be from a different dye lot. I suggested Wallauers ought to at least pay the extra shipping costs, but she refused. Next time I need wallpaper, I'll shop on the Internet. more
