Best Doctor in Knoxville 1/3/2010

I moved to Knoxville in 2008. I was referred to Dr Walker by a friend from church. I was 4 months pregnant when I first met her. She call my former doctor from New York and obtained my medical records before my first appointment. I was very impressed with Dr. Walker because she reviewed my medical history (I had a complication with my previous delivery). She was not only well informed , but she knew exactly what to do to prevent another complication. Dr. Walker is the smartest doctor I have ever been in contact with. Her patients should feel privileged to have her as their doctor! more

I changed doctors! 11/2/2005

I saw Dr. Walker at a friend's recommendation. I was pregnant and looking for a new OB. Dr. Walker acted like I had been a patient there for years. She never noticed that this was my first visit. I found her office staff to be unorganized and unhelpful. Each time I was in the office, I could hear them looking for my chart and saying it must have been misplaced. I also had two unreturned phone calls for very important blood work related to my pregnancy. I felt much like cattle in her office, not a person at all. I quickly found another doctor. more
