Earlier, our reproductive specialist had called in a prescription for my wife with 3 refills. Later, we attempted to a get a refill of this prescription at Walgreens. We call in the morning and left a message that we were coming in for a refill, as the pharmacy staff was not available. Showed up at noon and they said they had no record of our prescription. We had to page our doctor, who was also not able to connect with the pharmacy staff but left an order by phone. Called that evening and was once again rudely told they did not have a prescription. After close questioning they admitted they did have a prescription but it didn?t match their records. Huh? Their system can handle only one person with a particular name? When they could give no legal reason why they couldn?t fill the prescription, they relented and said it would be ready later that evening. We showed up a ½ after the appointed time ? no prescription. When asked why, the pharmacy staff acted belligerently and refused
