It's obvious all these people hate their job and I know you put up with a lot but if your going to become a pharmacist you should know what your getting yourself into. Everyone I've dealt with or talked to over the phone at this pharmacy was just flat out rude. I've worked in customer service before and it takes a certain kind of person to keep a smile on, most people cant handle it. Live up to your commercial standards and maybe people wouldnt react so frustrated after all. I've gone a couple times too many now I'll be picking my perscriptions up from somewhere else. This isn't fast food kids, learn some professionalism.
