On two separate occations, our physician has faxed in a perscription that (several hours later) isn't filled when I get there. On the first occasion, they assured me no perscription had come in, but then they hadn't checked for faxed perscriptions. They found it and filled it while I waited for 20 minutes. On the second occasion, they had the perscription but just hadn't bothered to fill it. I said I'd come back in 20 minutes. When I did, the person responsible for "typing it up" had gone to lunch so I had to wait even longer. This is after they've had the "scrip" for about five hours. I think the real problem isn't incompetence but overwork. They pharmacy staff always appears flustered and just about at the end of their rope.\r

If you're going to use this place, call before you come to verify the perscription is ready!
