On a rare visit to Little Rock I stopped into Walgreens and picked up a few items along with a Fathers Day card for my Pop. I had to drive 40 miles home in a horrible downpour. I mean I drove in circles a few times trying to get on that highway and I could not see the lines on the road let alone other vehicles! Finally safe at home I find that I was charged twice for the greeting card. I'm a cashier myself and these things happen, she was perfectly friendly to me. Unwilling to drive back to Little Rock but wishing I hadn't spent TEN dollars on that card, I got on the Walgreens website and let them know what happened. The next morning I had a phone call from the store offering to make it right. I am totally impressed with this level of customer service. You can be sure that I will be telling people about this experience.
