I have been in Walgreens twice with my newborn in the last month. Both times I was asked if I would be shopping and I said yes. They told me they would call me when it was ready....

Not in a million years 11/27/2012

I left Walgreens because of inefficient service and went to super d. Super d had an amazingly efficient and courteous staff. Was very displeased when they sold out to Walgreens. They should have taken the wonderful staff, because then I would not be commenting. My rx s were sent to Walgreens and again i have only complaints which include rudeness, lack of concern for patients welfare, inefficient clerks. By far absolutely the worst customer service on the planet. I have transferred to freds. Close earlier, but small price to pay to escape that horrible excuse for a pharmacy. more

Angry 2/26/2009

I have been in Walgreens twice with my newborn in the last month. Both times I was asked if I would be shopping and I said yes. They told me they would call me when it was ready. Both times I waited for over thirty minutes with a fussy baby and they never called me. When I went back and asked if it was ready, they told me "Oh, no one has called you? We dont have the medicine you need." more
