My mentally ill son has insurance, and went to pick up his medications. There was confusion about the billing number, and they wouldn't call the number on his card to straighten it out. I called the insurance, and it was valid and easily accessible. I called Walgreens to pay for a partial refill until they verified coverage, and they wouldn't do it. They were utterly non-caring about the difficulty and trauma of my son getting off his medication. We will never go back there.
