My mentally ill son has insurance, and went to pick up his medications. There was confusion about the billing number, and they wouldn't call the number on his card to straighten it out. I called the insurance, and it was valid and easily accessible. I called Walgreens to pay for a partial refill until they verified coverage, and they wouldn't do it. They were utterly non-caring about the difficulty and trauma of my son getting off his medication. We will never go back there. more

i love this Wallgreens specially in pharmacy, every time i go there they been helpful to me especially name may. she smile a lot and she greet to the customer thats what i want with employee good customer service. im going to come back again to shop. good attitude employee. more

I had never seen more rudness than at this Pharmacy. The girls at the Pick up are looking at paying customer and talking Tagalog among themselves. This is going on 95% of the time.\r DO SOMETHING !!\r That is why one needs to repeat oneself three times.\r DO SOMETHING !!\r Only sick people come there, be considerate or get out of healthcare. more

Walgreens 10/13/2006

Walgreens at this location is very convenient. It is open 24 hours for that quick craving of ice cream. You can usually get in and get out. They have a pharmacy that also open 24 hours 7 days a week. They need to improve on caring for their customers better. more

Walgreens Westlake 10/12/2006

I come here for the pharmacy only because it is open 24 hours. I had some medication filled here and this walgreens is no different from any walgreens where profit is more important than patient care. more

This is the biggest walgreens I have ever been in and it gets very busy here because it is open 24 hours and so does the pharmacy. They usually have a large clearance area where you can find items up to 75 percent off. Parking is excellent more
