Poorly Managed Pharmacy 12/20/2010

Do NOT go to this Pharmacy! \r \r THE PHARMACY MANAGER PAULINE IS A TOTAL IDIOT AND HAS MESSED UP MY PRESCRIPTION MANY TIMES. THIS LAST TIME IT ALMOST COST ME MY LIFE!!!\r \r WALGREENS NEEDS TO FIRE PAULINE LAWRENCE SHE IS AN INCOMPETENT IDIOT WHO DOES NOT HAVE HER HEAD ON STRAIGHT! \r \r PEOPLE OF SANTA ROSA NEED TO SPEAK UP AND GET WALGREENS TO REMOVE PAULINE LAWRENCE FROM THIS STORE. Rude Staff at Pharmacy Counter 1/8/2010

I am never able to call into this pharmacy. They put you on hold for hours and when they do answer they often hang-up or try to put you on hold even longer. When I go to the pharmacy in person the staff is always rude and disorganized. I was trying to get my prescription refilled at the counter and this fat blonde cashier girl was helping me and she would kept stopping mid-sentence when the phone rang or someone pulled up to the drive-thru window. It was so frusterating. I asked the other even fatter cashier to help me and she was a total idiot. She didn't know how to do anything and needed to talk to the fat blonde girl who had stopped to talk on the phone in order to do her job. There was a long line and people waiting everywhere. Me and several other customers asked to speak to the pharmacist on duty. We complained about the service that we were receiving. Unsatisfactory 5/28/2007

I went to this store to buy " Walgreens High Potency Strength Capsaicin Arthritis Pain Relief" for $7.49 as advertised on their website, but in the store the item cost $10.99. I also looked for "AllerTech Cotton Supreme Allergy Protective Pillow Covers" as seen on their website, but could not even find a section where I imagined such an item might be located. more

it's ok 5/2/2005

I usually get my prescription drugs over at their pharmacy, and it's done quickly. Some of the staff is friendly. One guy in particular helped me grab this felted rose from the top shelf with a smile on his face. I guess this store's a mix between hot and cold. At times I do get the cold shoulder, especially with people who work around the holidays. more

Walgreens is great for the rebates that they have. They have great sales and a good selection. Walgreens is a wonderful store in general but this particular one is not so good. Sure the store is nice but the customer service is absolutley horrid. They are not helpful or considerate. If something rings up wrong they will argue with you before checking the price and if you bring in coupons then they basically dont like you from the beggining of your transaction. I would not recommend this particular Walgreens. more
