This is one confusing store...difficult to find things. The staff is wonderful & try so hard, but the lady in charge is just rude...I cannot believe she manages to keep her job.
After her being rude to me twice, I will never go to that store again. I worked in public service and know what service should be like and know how you should treat customers...this woman needs to be retrained...or fired would be even better. I do not think she appreciates having a job at all.
