Wahl Family Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing's customer service was unparalleled - leaps and bounds greater than the competition. The saying 'you get what you pay for' applies here. While their installation prices were higher than others, I sleep well at night knowing that our heating and cooling parts are high quality, the installation was of the highest quality, and we are supported by the best heating and cooling provider in the area. Very unfortunate to read some of the negative reviews on here. No person and no company is perfect, but I couldn't be more pleased with the services provided by Wahl. Thank you!! I called Wahl to connect my washer and dryer to the water lines in my newly constructed home. These were previously installed in my prior residence and I was afraid to connect them myself since the laundry room is on the second floor. He guaranteed that if I paid for the $399 burst free pipes that and leak would be guaranteed. Total cost, just short of $500. The plumber had to come back a second time because he had to go purchase the parts needed. Well it leaked less than 2 months later, damaged the laundry room floor and the kitchen ceiling and kitchen floor. At first they said there was a gray area because the leak was a result of reusing the old Y connector but the plumber said they would take responsibility for the repairs because They stand by their work. I don't feel there is a gray area and neither does my insurance company. I never asked him to reuse the Y connector and the gasket that failed was in the burst free pipe. He had to reuse it because he forgot to buy one. He also counted the number of pipes needed wrong and had to reuse one of the old pipes as well! They got people here to dry everything fast but to schedule the repairs have been like pulling teeth. They told me I had to pick out a floor from Home Depot so "we" don't have out of pocket costs. I want the floor that it was because it is in other places in the home and my home is brand new! The floor I want is cheap too, under $200, so I don't think I am being unreasonable. They also are failing to acknowledge that the kitchen ceiling and the kitchen floor both need fixed. Some customer service! I have filed an official complaint with the BBB and am prepared to take them to court for the repairs if needed. The leak was the cause of improper installation of the plumber and improper examination of the pipes with the plumber clearly admitted to. Don't use this company, they say they will do something and do not follow through. more

My furnace was installed by Wahl 6 years ago. It has been working just fine. Chuck F was just here for my bi-annual maintenance check up and did his usual thorough,efficient job. I've been very pleased with my furnace & service from Wahl. more

I used to love Wahl and had great service till my last service call. I was told I had a leak in my Air Conditioner and it would cost me over $900 just to have it checked. Here is what really frustrated me they installed my system 4 years ago and I have paid them for the maintenance program and when they found that their own soldering was broke they had me pay over $1000 to have their faulty work corrected. Then after calling them for days with promises that the Manager would call me back they said they didn't honor their own installation over a year. I an not a plumber and have done many weekend soldering jobs and none of them have every broke in all of my years helping my family and myself with our plumbing. Then when I finally spoke to the Manager and she explained that I would need to talk to her boss and she again promised he would call I never got a call. I am tired of trying to have some professional service with Wahl and out of complete frustration wanted to have my voice heard so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Btw I will ensure I post this on every social media outlet possible. It is just a shame that my concerns have been ignored and I purchased both a furnace and air conditioner with the thoughts that this company would help me for years to keep my system in working order and they are really disappointing. more
