Waffle House

Before I moved to Georgia 9 years ago I had never heard of a waffle house. Boy was I missing out! By no means is it fine dining but the food certainly hits the spot. My favorite is the waffles, I mean I can't even eat an eggo anymore. Let go my eggo? You can have them! The staff at the mansell location is great and I have never come at a time when they did not offer a smile and good service. Pros: Good food, hot and fast and always open Cons: none unless you aren't hungry more

What can I say about this venerable Atlanta late-night eatery that hasn't already been said? I truly believe that Heaven's Pearly Gates are flanked by those familiar yellow and black letters that promise true Southern hospitality and deliciously filling meals at literally any hour of the day or night. The location on Mansell is clean with a friendly staff who go out of their way to ensure that your dining experience was not only satisfactory but outstanding. Whether it's Bert's Chili, a vanilla Coke, the inevitable waffle or hashbrowns scattered, smothered, covered and diced (onions, cheese and tomatoes to the uninitiated), The Waffle House always lives up to its eternally famous motto: Good Food Fast! If you see an older bearded man on the corner stool, tell St. Peter, ""hello"". Pros: Great Food, Good Service, Ample Parking...The Waffle House Has It All!
