Dr. Wachal = A$$hole. Take your pets somewhere else! 9/24/2013

Went there as new clients of Dr. Wachal and Dr. Jordan. \r \r Dr. Jordan was outstanding! She was great with my animals, caring, and just an awesome person. Dr. Wachal on the other hand was a complete ass!\r \r We paid in cash. CASH. We have the receipts and everything, suddenly we get a bill from him and he claims we did not pay at all. Even though we have all the information that we did pay. He calls my girlfriend then and asks "We have a discrepancy of cash on our end and I'm just going to assume it's this transaction." And "Do you trust your boyfriends statement?"\r \r Serious Wachal? \r \r You LOST our business. \r \r Dr. Jordan, get out and far away from him! He is a cancerous person.\r \r Wachal got my couple of hundred from me, but please please please do not go here! Take your animals somewhere else! more

Very Happy with Wachal 8/18/2010

Dr. Wachal has been my pet's vet for at least 10 years. He is very caring and very realistic with the options for your pets as they age. He and his staff call and follow-up with you on your pets and see how they are doing. I truly appreciate the personal service and I consider them very reasonably priced for Lincoln. I have never found that he has tried to sell me anything unneeded for my pets. His staff is always friendly and they always great me and my dog with a smile. more

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I just took my two puppies to Wachal Pet and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I stepped in the door not only was I, but my puppies were both greeted warmly. Dr. Wachal seemed very caring and tried to let me know all the possible ways to keep my puppies healthy and then let me decide what would be best for us without any pressure. I know we will be going there for a long time because the all seem very caring and are reasonably priced. more

Terrbile! 9/25/2009

I will never go back to this vet, the staff is rude and completely disrespectful to me. I took my puppy there for shots and Mr, Wachal seemed more concerned with selling me as much as he could and increasing my bill than my puppy's actual health. I had to bring my puppy back for eye surgery and I was lied to about the price and overcharged. This is a horrible place to go, if you really care about your animal don't leave it in these people's hands. more

I've gone to this vet approx. 3 times in the past few years and they did a satisfactory job with my pet but the people seem to be too busy to greet you at the door or even acknowledge your presence. The people I dealt with also are pretty short in conversation and seem unhappy there. I just thought maybe they were having a bad day but every time I have been in there I've experienced this. I've talked to another customer and they've had the same experience. The only time I've seen them smile is on their website... Hmmm I wonder if it's Photoshopped. more

Dr. Wachal and his entire staff are genuinely concerned with your pets health from puppyhood to senior citizen. Everyone there takes the time to answer any questions that you might have concerning any problems you may be having with your pet. I have taken my dogs to him since 1998 and have complete trust in him and Dr. Frey, his associate. If you want an honest, caring veterinarian for your family pet, Dr. Wachal and his staff will give you the service that you desire. more
