We had 2 major plumbing companies come out to see why our drain backed up...
Both said they needed to break up my basement floor to replace a broken drain line.
The cost ranged from $6400-$9100.00
This did not include putting back my tile floor and bathroom
This was additional $7-$8000.00
I called my insurance company who sent out WTL for another opinion...
I checked the BBB - they have an A+ with no complaints !
They were professional all the way and went into the basement and listened to me explain what had happened (they really cared)
They used 2 cable machines to remove hard grease in the line and then used a fiber optic camera to show me there was nothing wrong with the drain line except the grease which they removed !
They had me and my friend (a general contractor) down with them all the way to watch as they showed us and explained what had happened.
THEY SAVED ME over $10,000 and a GREAT deal of stress!
I asked the owner of WTL about the bad review...
He said we asked by the customer or a contractor or an insurance company to go out to see what really happened and unfortunately he said sometimes customers and contractors do not always tell the truth (sometimes)...
