I had done my research on cars and gas use before I walked in the door. Once I got there, Ron asked me what I was looking for and I told him, he then put me with Louis because he was the Kia expert. Louis didnt try to force a car on me and listened to what I wanted. We then test drove several cars that were on my list before I decided on what I wanted. Afterwards I told him my price range and how much I was looking to spend and pay down, he never bullied me into anything nor did he try to push the sale on me right then and there. We negotiated and came to an agreement. Needless to say, I came home with the car I wanted at a price that I knew was a great deal and discount!
