Best Buying Experience Ever 2/27/2013

I bought a kia soul from Weseloh Nissan . I worked with Rob Chianes over the phone making the deal He was very helpful and made the process seemless and very easy I made an appt. to come in and sign the paper work I got there and Rob was waiting with everything ready to go The process took less than 50 minutes to complete and I was on my way The BEST service I have ever had in buying a car and I have bought over 15 cars. Cuple of weeks ago my car crashed and i needed a car desperately, a friend of mine took me to Weseloh Nissan where i meet Mr Hooman Keyvan the best car salesman i ever met he did the impossible for me to finally buy my car.i am so glad that my friend took me to Weseloh instead of place in LA where i originally wanted to go!!! i highly recommend Weseloh Nissan dealership and Mr Hooman Keyvan as Very honest caring salesman. more

It was the beat customer service, josephina made me feel so comfortable buyng a car for the first time on my life. Her customs and courtesies was a plus, she attended to my every need and made sure that I left a happy customer. I am looking forward to going back and getting another car!!! more

We love our 2012 Rogue from Weseloh Nissan! 4/19/2012

We had been searching for a 2012 black on black Nissan Rogue, but were unable to find a dealerships close to our home in San Diego that had one. After doing a wider area search online we found that Weseloh Nissan had the car we were looking for. We called them up and spoke with Rob Chianese who was very helpful in getting us the information we needed on the car. We made arrangements to meet with Rob the next day at 8:30am when they opened to view the car and sign the purchase documents. However, when we got to the dealership we saw some other cars we wanted to see, which Rob was very patient with us as we changed our mind many times. In the end we ended up buying the black on black Rogue and are very happy with our purchase. Thank you to Weseloh Nissan for making our car buying experience pleasant and a special thanks to Rob Chianese for answering all of our questions and being so patient. more

Great experience 1/3/2012

Thank you Rob Chianese at Weseloh Nissan making our car buying experience so very pleasant. As veteran car buyers with a husband coming from a career in auto finance we are understandably weary the typical behavior of car salespeople. Rob could not have been less stereotypical; bright, clean cut and professional, knowledgable and patient. It was an absolute joy to work with him to put our daughter, and only child (young woman that is:) into a new Nissan Versa. He also helped to make it a Christmas Day surprise complete with a big red bow! Weseloh is lucky to have Rob Chianese on their sales team! Ron would clearly fit perfectly in the most upscale luxury car dealerships so we sincerely hope that Weseloh Group values this exceptional young salesman. Jody and John San Clemente more

BUYER BEWARE! 2/3/2011

????? BUYER BEWARE! haideh M. 1 Weseloh Nissan If you want to get ripped off go to them! Sales people are friendly but the rest of the experience was mind blowing! The inexperience finance lady summited/ ran my credit 7 times!!! This was AFTER I told them i was not interested in their crazy 14% interest they offered me! Thanks to them my credit got dinged because they ran it so many times....Oh, and did I mention that I never got a call to tell me the results of them summiting/running my credit. To make a long story short; I went to tuttle click capistrano ford with my dinged credit score ( thanks to weseloh) and got a BETTER car for only 3.9% interest!!! Go figure? Its a good thing I didnt believe their Bull___ of thats the best interest rate you can get! Just beware! They will rip you off if they think they can. more
