I walk in and am instantly greeted with smiles and warmth. Everyone there is so outgoing and helpful. It is very humid in San Juan Capistrano during the day and to be honest the city is very dirty, but W Salon Studio is well air conditioned, comfortable, clean, and accommodating. The door is open when you walk in and you are immediatly greeted by a stylist or receptionist. While most salons are dirty and smelly, W Salon Studio is completely spotless, I could eat off the floor. From the mirrors and artwork to the dryers and shelves of product, the salon is prominent and professional. There is no loud music or loud anything for that matter. The salon is serene and simple, being that it is a small salon with a lot of open space. W Salon Studio is a place where you can get your hair cut, colored, and/or styled for a great price and outstanding service. The service and management are superier. The staff is truly the best staff I have ever met. When my stylist, Claire, was finished with me, I was ecstatic. I was and am still extremely happy with her work on me. The stylists are highly educated and distinguished in beauty . I absolutely love going to W Salon Studio. I look forward to going once a month to get my hair styled and in this beautiful, little place.
