Mixed Feelings... 1/8/2009

This office is very disorganized and the staff is not very pleasant to deal with. I'm not entirely sold on Dr. Vu, I think she's competent enough, however, I'm not entirely impressed with her. Patient notifcation does not appear to be a huge priority to them. I had a procedure come back abnormal and it took three messages for someone to return my call (three messages within one week). I definitely will not be back to this practice. Cons: Office Staff Very Unfriendly more

Dr. Vu is nice 1/7/2009

Dr. Vu is a nice lady and appears to be very competent, I'm not however impressed with her office staff, calls are either very slow to be returned or not returned at all. I went in for a biopsy procedure and then was told when I got there that I needed to have a pregnancy test beforehand, I could either pay them an additional $10.00 or reschedule the appointment and go to the lab, this was wrong, they should have told me this when they made the appointment in the first place. more
