After our elevator unexpected quit working the night before our planned move, we were concerned about the movers being able to get everything done in the time allotted. Drew and Moises by far exceeded our expectations and hustled to get everything done. They had great attitudes and we really appreciate all of the effort they put in to making our lives a little easier. Thanks!! more

Considering I requested the move to be on the same day I call - I was amazed at how quick and easy to work with you were! It got scheduled immediately and the movers were so nice and so quick so that they could be considerate of my time and money as well. I very much appreciate you fitting me into the schedule!! more

Mike, Micheael and Josh were on time at my house in the morning. They loaded the largest truck they had with all of my stuff had to make multiple stops (per my request) and we were done faster than I expected. The guys were funny, upbeat and worked at a fast pace. I could not have expected more. more

I have a thing about being punctual, if you tell me a 1pm appointment I expect you to be there at 1pm, maybe I can let 1:10pm slide, but after that my anger level pretty much increases by the minute additional late. So when the movers didnt even call until about 2:30pm to say they were on their way for a 1pm appointment that was a bit of a shock. When they arrived and I asked what the deal was and they said that it was a 1-3pm window of coming not a 1pm moving time I couldnt really blame them but how it was represented when I ordered. Had I know it was 1-3pm moving frame I wouldnt have been so mad and I might have booked with another company b/c a 2 hour window of when they might show up, in a house with nothing but boxes and no tv/internet and no phone since I forgot it a 2 hour wait is a long time, it also changes how my whole day works out. When I thought Id have from 3pm to 10pm to unpack I ended up having 5pm-10pm to unpack and thats a problem. A big problem. Mike S and Josh were very cool and nice despite the fact I pretty much chewed them out and had a look like one thing broken I might ax murder you that still managed to get things done and be pleasant with me. However, they did tell me their other job didnt end until 2pm, so that sounds like poor management issues, they also didnt have any shrink wrap nor bed wrap which I thought was also supposed to be included in that $74 service fee. So really what did that $74 cover? B/c there wasnt too much spring in their step its pretty lucky for me that I had already taken apart the bed and I guess Ill just put it all together myself as well. B/c of that whole 2 hours late I havent gotten through all my boxes to know if anything is broken, but it wasnt so cool my couch, chairs, and mattress were sitting open face in a dirty truck. Not to mention had they came at 1pm we could have gotten everything done prior to the rain so instead all my exposed non-shrink wrapped items had to be carried out in the rain. Awesome, thanks, wet items in a dirty truck what I wanted. I used a company the year prior, they showed up late, hence why I changed movers, but for $200 they wrapped all my stuff, they busted it out and they at least called and warned me they were going to be late, an hour before actually being late. It was annoying but at least I didnt have to sit there and wonder wtf happened. more

Had we been moving across town, I could rate the move excellent! The two movers were friendly and moved our furniture without incident and packed our trailer. But, we were moving the furniture 150 miles and the shrink wrapping on my barrister bookshelves was inadequate. We had to stop about half way and redo it. Had they wrapped the pads around the shelves, shrink wrapped, and then tapped the top and center, it would have made it fine. more

Couldn't be happier with the service Mike C. & Drew provided! -they we courteous professional and I've never seen a crew of two move so quickly. They hustled in getting my truck unloaded and went above and beyond our expectations-great job! more

My husband and I decided that we needed a larger place very quickly. I called Vosco to schedule or move date. I spoke with William and he was very polite and had us scheduled within in 5 minutes. The day of the move Drew and Mike C called ahead to let us know they where on their way and they showed up a little before our scheduled time. Drew did all the formal paperwork and the two crew memebers where off. They had us loaded and unloaded in less than the estimated 4 hour time window. We have unpacked and nothing was broken, scratched, or dented. We are very happy with the service that we received from the moment our call to Vosco was answered. We called Vosco in the 11th hour to help us move our store fixturing into storage for a time period. They quickly reacted, completed a site visit, and made the plans to accomplish the job in the required time period. I thought it was also a very fair price for the level of service. more

It was a messy day with snow and cold rain, Drew, Mike & Larry pulled out all the stops to get the truck loaded and did it with precision and timing that blew me away. They showed both my family and our possession's the respect that we all want but seldom get from a moving company. My move went extremely well. Jay made sure everything was shrink wrapped for protection. Jay and another mover (forgot his name) were extremely hard working and professional. No use of cell phones while working. No excessive breaks or delays. They showed up exactly on time and went straight to work. Definitely recommend Vosco. They even accomadated a late request to stop at a storage unit and pick up a living room set I had bought!!! more
