the unexpected 10/16/2005

Great selection of minerals, shells and petrified pieces. You can almost study geology in the back room - it's got such a great selection. Some of the fossils they have are pretty amazing, too. The front of the store is full of girly stuff, accessories and beads. Great place to get a unique and individual gift at a decent price. more

Even if you do not end up buying anyting, the place has amazing entertainment value. Unbelievable and unique selection of jewelry, beads, candles, holiday cards (not your Hallmark store!), plush toys, and whatnots (including shells, stones, stickers and butterflies). Great fun to just browse! The prices are within students' range, and the selection changes often (meaning, by the time you thought you figured everything out, something new appears). more
