LET THE BUYER BEWARE! \r
I took my volvo in for $3000 + Worth of service. When my wife picked up the car the windshield was cracked. When this was pointed out the service tech, she was told that there was a sign in the front indicating that if there were chips in the window, they were not responsible for any cracks that might happen during service.\r

How about the courtesy of letting my wife know that our car was unsafe because they had broken the window? We are now on the hook for $1000 so they can install a new windshield. \r

Incidentally, we had taken the car to Lexus in Pleasanton, prior to going to Lawrence and they didn't break our window when they were looking. We chose to go to Volvo believing they would take better care of us. BIG MISTAKE\r
