Loved it. I placed the order on their website but they didn't charge my card until they called and verified everything.. dont see that kind of personal attention anymore esp for an online company. Anyway they shipped a portable oxygen concentrator for my grandfather and it was waiting for me at the hotel when i got there. When we left just put it in the same box and sent it back. This way i just took the concentrator on the flight back to NY and shipped it from there. They paid for the shipping! Will definitely use them again! :)
