Stress-Free Experience! 12/12/2011

My daughter is graduating from college this month, and we just bought her a 2012 Jetta a combination graduation and Christmas present. It was a joy to deal with the staff at Volkswagen of Langhorne. We were not made to haggle over the price, and I think we got a very good deal. The experience was stress free, which I always appreciate, but especially at this time of year! more

They know their Volkswagens 11/30/2011

Volkswagen of Langhorne is a quality dealership. My wife and I only buy Volkswagens, and the Langhorne employees know a tremendous amount about their cars. We bought Jettas for both of our daughters when they headed off to college, but when it came time for my wife to get a new car, she wanted something a little fancier. The staff at this dealership were able to recommend the Eos, and it really was the perfect fit for us. I am actually considering buying one for myself once I retire my Touareg. Exceptional Service 11/21/2011

VW of Langhorne is exceptional and should be awarded for the phenomenal customer service. I am not one to brag and put people on a pedestal if it is not well deserved. These guys seriously left an impression. I worked with Chris and Max, and both portrayed genuineness and professionalism. The whole environment was relaxed, finance process went smooth and follow-ups about my purchase have been consistent. I am very satisfied with the service I received there and that means I will definitely go back when my current lease expires. more

Best VW dealer around! 11/21/2011

My daughter has had her heart set on a Volkswagen Beetle since she was young. Since she recently got her license, I told her I would buy her one as an early graduation gift. Well, we visited several dealers and did not care for the pricing or salespeople. This all changed when we arrived at Volkswagen of Langhorne. We got an amazing deal on a brand new Beetle, and our salesman, Todd, was helpful in explaining how everything worked. VW of Langhorne is a great dealership with a fantastic team. I went there for the lease of my Passat and it was not like what I expected. Since my experience in the past with dealers has not been all that great, I was a bit hesitant. Like I said though, it was not what I expected it to be. The transaction went smoothly, and everyone was down to earth and ready to help out. I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and high quality of work.
