Quoted me 3 months and $12,000 for repairs to a damaged wire harness, but it took them 9 months! When I got my car back, the seat was torn and the bumper was cracked and scratche...

I have been dealing with this dealership since moving to AZ in 2003. I have always been treated well, and I especially enjoy having Sammy as mu service advisor. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional in her dealings with me. She makes driving 75 miles to the dealership worthwhile. Go Sammy!! more

He has gotten me a fantastic deal 1/11/2011

Now buying my 3rd VW from Chapman. This time I'm working with Len Luskin and he is AMAZING! Returns emails and calls within minutes, great product knowledge - even owns a VW himself (which means he believes is what he is selling!), and he is all about taking care of the customer. He has gotten me a fantastic deal and exactly the car I want. Go see LEN!! more

As busy as she was on Saturday morning 10-9-10, she successfully managed to make me feel like I (and my car) was important. Kudos to her and the dealership. Also, I appreciated the fact that she did not reek of cigarette smoke! more

I love Chapman Volkswagen and my service advisor Richard Small. The waiting area is extremely comfortable and Richard is always prompt and explains everything in detail. My car was washed and vacummed when I picked it up. I don't know how I could ask for anymore in a dealership more

After years and years of very unsatisfactory experiences with new car dealers and "service", I have become skeptical concerning claims for good service. My experience with Chapman Volkswagen has renewed my belief that new car dealers really can provide good, effecient, quality service. Thanks very much! That's what I call service! 8/3/2010

I had a flat tire just before my scheduled visit. That jack broke while trying to lift my car. Kathy suggested bringing the car in right away so I would not have to drive on the spare. She not only reschedules my 10,000 mile service to accommodate the same time I was there to fix the tire, she also found me a new jack! That's what I call service! she really made me feel like she cared! I like that. I'll be back! more

Chapman VW did a great job! The check engine light came on in my Jetta, just prior to a planned trip. Being under extremely tight schedules, Chapman VW was able to get my vehicle in immediately. They dropped me off at the airport and I had my vehicle ready when I returned. There was a signifcant amount of work which was accomplished in a very short period of time. They did a great job and really excelled in customer service. more

My service advisor this time was Kathy. This was my first time dealing with her and I honestly say that in the seven years I have been getting my car service at VW, she was by far the most courteous and helpful person I have has assist me. She was great! more
