RV rentals are not for everyone, but if you want a clean, well maintained and trouble free rental, then this is your place. If you want to throw keg parties, take their vehicles into areas you would not take your own vehicle, then rent from someone else. The owners here are extremely proud of every vehicle in their fleet. They are well maintained and squeaky clean. It's like renting an apartment, you need to give the keys back to the landlord in the same or better condition than what you received it or be prepared to pay to bring the RV back to its original condition. In other words, if you want maid service while taking a vacation, then renting an RV is NOT something you should consider. Everyone in this business charges cleaning fees. I have rented from others in the area (most now are no longer in business), but every time I rented from K-Rentals, my vehicle was spotless at pick-up. I was charged some nominal fees when I returned it (all cleaning fees are up front on your check-out form), but not anything outlandish as others have implied. If it were your home, would you rent it out to strangers and expect to clean up their mess and absorb any and all damages? We traveled to Wyoming last summer and the vehicle operated without an issue. We were so happy with our last rental; we booked another trip with them this fall. Can't wait!
