Vob Auto Sales

I purchased a car in July 2006 my Sales person Tony Yassie was excellent along with the Sales Manager Mike Fastman. So far i have had noting but good things to say about VOB, i hope it continues! I would just like to say each time i go to VOB in Rockville MD i have a pleasant experience. I would really like to give an complement to the Service Dept and credit goes to Perdita Coleman a Service Dept Scheduler , she is a very nice pleasant person, she made my experience at the Service Dept easy i wish more people were like her, she is awesome!!!!! I dropped my car there for warranty work. Some of the work was done. Unfortunately all of it was reported as being complete. They were apologetic when I called. It was fortunate that I checked, though. In addition to the incomplete work, they forgot to screw in the housing for one of the brake lights, so the whole assembly fell into the trunk. This was on top of the annoyance of having the change stolen out of my car. Now I feel compelled to check to ensure all of my CDs and other items are still in the car (I don't have time for this nonsense, and will have to look over the weekend). Sadly, this performance exceeds the low expectations I have for anything BMW. BMW of Sterling charged me for maintenance work that was not completed... twice. I'll review them next. more

My husband went to VOB BMW to buy a car about 2 years ago and he was very offended by the sales team at this dealership. They basically ignored him, possibly because he didn't look like a million bucks, is young (<30), and a minority? So, he took his business elsewhere.. and ended up buying his car at Towson BMW... and they were very nice. But since VOB is the closest BMW to us, we take our car their for the service and maintanence. Fortunately, the service teams are generally nice. So, I recommend taking you BMW to VOB for service (although, be advised that their parking lot is tiny and there is always someone yelling at you to back up or park your car next to the Subway Restaurant). But I do not recommend buying your car and letting those snobby sales people make thousands off of you. more
