I read the reviews here and decided to try it. Ordered from the Tapas menu and wasnt impressed. Olive and Cheese plate: 2 white cheeses on a white plate, 3 types of olives (one of which were pimento stuffed used for Martinis) and that was about it. Yucca Fries: different, but really dry. The sauces need more flavor to make up for the fries, or they need to coat them with some spices/evoo/or parmesan to make them interesting. Chorizzo: it was basically a bratwurst, thick skin on and not spicy at all. It was served at room temperature (almost cold). The sauce looked like it was going to be bold, but it was boring, the roasted garlic was bitter not sweet. Cheesecake was good. I expected Vivo to be hopping at 10:00 on a Saturday night, but it was dead. Service was ok, wine good, but I wont return.
