I will continue to come here every time because this staff is amazing. They kept me informed every step and were extremely polite. We had to use our tire warranty service and although I should have gone through the warranty company Nissan staff instead talked to them and did all the faxing for me. I am very pleased with how Viva Nissan went above and beyond for me. Thank you! more

I have only had good experiences there. We always buy our cars there and the customer service is better than what we had from other dealerships (mainly the chevy store next to it.) Of course you don?t take your car there for a oil change in the middle of the day and expect to get it in about an hour. But they are pretty good with fixing all the problems we may have experienced. There is usually no problems with our cars so we rarely take it in. After buying 6 cars from them we have noticed that the best time to buy a car from them would be around late November. We have always gotten our cars dropped another 2k+ during that time. Like our last deal (bought in Nov 2010) was a brand new 2012 Altima 2.5 for only 17500!! We will be there again in a couple of months to find a car for my daughter. So if your on here looking to buy a car, then I would highly recommend it. If you want a dealership to fix every little problem then I don?t think I have had enough experience in that area to give an opinion. more

Called Friday morning on a new car special advertised for thier sales event on saturday. Asked salesman for specifics of the car. All he could say is ""when am I coming into see it."" when I pushed for information he gave me a color but said ""it would be sold by the time I get there."" what a class operation. This place uses typical high pressure sales tactics and bogus advertised specials. Let's see what the Texas Attorney General thinks about this. more

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE...TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE! THEY DONT DESERVE ANYTHING. My leased is about to end so i went to this dealership. I know I am going to pay the residual amount stated on the contract plus tax title and registration. I didn't expect them to charge me a ""stocking fee"" which is another $2000. I asked them what is the fee for, the only thing they can say was they needed to inspect the vehicle before selling it back to me! What the F**k...i don't need them to inspect my vehicle. It is a leased vehicle that i've been driving for 3 years. The only reason I am purchasing the vehicle from them because Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp won't accept my ""cash"" payment directly! They want me to go to a dealership! What a f***king ripped off! I like cars made by nissan but I wont buying anything from they anymore! They can go bankrupt for all I care. Oh...they don't deserve the one star on this review...they don't deserve anything! Pros: NO PROS Cons: THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! more

I TOOK MY VEHICLE TO GET SERVICED THERE.. THEY DIDNT DO WHAT I ASKED THEM TO FIX INSTEAD THEY DID A 5 PT INSPECTION AND CHARGED ME FOR IT.. THEY THREATENED TO HAVE MY VEHICLE IMPOUNDED IF I DIDNT HAVE THEIR MONEY WITHIN AN HOUR. THE GENERAL MANAGER THERE IS A D**K.. HE TOLD ME THAT ALL HE WANTED WAS HIS MONEY AND THEN I CAN LEAVE AND HE WILL NO LONGER BE SERVICING ME... WHATEVER YOU DO DONT GO THERE.. WORST PPL I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH THEY SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY... Cons: NO SERVICE, EXTREMELY RUDE more
