Vital Wear is an excellent product to provide hot or cold treatment for pain in the home. Easy to use. Usuallly covered by insurance. Very effective in pain relief with no mess. And it's portable. I needed a new wrap recently and it only took 2 days to get it. Customer service and support in amazing. If you have back, knee, or neck pain or athritis please ask your physician to prescribe Vital Wear. This is an amazing product with fantastic cutomer service. As a nurse and a pain patient I highly recommend Vital Wear.
