I've always gone to Vista Transmission with some kind of crazy problem with my 1999 Lincoln Continental. Bob has always found the problem and never tried to scam or overcharge me....

Great customer service, great prices. 12/13/2012

Vista Transmission was super accommodating. When my car was broken, they picked me up and dropped me off. Their service was fast, and they were really honest about what the car needed and what they needed to do. I checked a couple of other places, and compared to those, Vista seemed like a trustworthy mechanic's shop for someone who doesn't know a lot about cars. It was really an easy experience. more

An Honest and Compassionate Establishment 12/7/2012

After my transmission broke down, Vista Transmission was very sympathetic of my situation. They took a look at the transmission and made me feel welcomed. At the time, I did not have the sum of money to cover the expense of the repair, but they worked with me as far as setting a payment plan. Since that experience, I have pretty much declared them as my mechanic. I would definitely refer people to them. If they are doing the work on your car, the towing is free, which may not seem like a lot, but it really helps. They also diagnose cars for free. I feel that they really work with their customers and are honest. If you want an honest mechanic who will not nickle and dime you, go there. more

Vista Transmission has worked on a variety of things for me. They've worked on air conditioning, electrical problems, brakes, and shocks, along with some other things I can't remember. I like Bob because he's honest. You can trust him, and he prices things fairly. more

They are thorough and do quality work. 9/10/2012

I have 3 different vehicles, all trucks that I run through their sercvice department. I'm never in a rush to get my work done so they don't rush it. They aren't the fastest but they are the most thorough. And for the price, I'd rather have someone be thorough than them rush through things and make it so I have to come back. more

Honest, competatively priced awesome service. 8/15/2012

I have been using Vista Transmission for around 7 years now. They always do a great job. They are quick, very reasonable and honest, and take really good care of us. Most recently I had 4 brake pads as well as the front rotors replaced. They have same day service and even send a thank you card after doing business with them. I trust them 100. more

I had brakes put on my car at Vista Transmission. Probably the best thing was when my headlight was out. I took it back in, and Vista Transmission charge me only for the parts and not the labor! I was buying a car for my mother-in-law and it was good to have that second opinion to inspect the car. I am in a professional networking group with Bob at Vista Transmission, and Bob was a referral to me. Give Vista Transmission a try! more

The people at Vista Transmission are very nice, and have really gone out of their way for me. What's funny, is that I've started using Bob as my main mechanic for a couple of years now. He does work on my truck for me. My first encounter with them was when my truck was breaking down and I drove it there around closing time, and Bob took me in and got to work on it under my truck. He stayed until about 6pm, getting all greasy and staying late on a Friday when everyone had already gone home, and he didn't know me from Adam! Most shops would have just told me to go home and bring it back on Monday! Right then and there, Vista Transmission and Bob won me over! This is a quality place, and I've been nothing but happy with the work Bob's done! Whenever you call to make an appointment, they are so professional, and the lady at the front desk is really friendly and easy to schedule with. It's easy to get what you need to have done. The management at Vista Transmission are people of their word. They stand behind their work when confronted with challenges beyond their control. They successfully mitigated the problem of my vehicle and provided me with a rental car. I am very pleased with what transpired. Sometimes everybody can't control everything out of the ordinary that happens. It's how the vendor handles it, and he was definitely a man of his word. They really took good care of me. more
