Casey is the only person I'll let touch my hair at this point. She's great at everything she does, really friendly too! She has cut my hair multiple times and I've never been disappointed and I've never left unsatisfied. Casey Rocha is, by far and away, one of the most talented stylists that Visible Changes has. I would and have recommend her to every person I know! more

Getting a hair cut is usually just that, ..no big deal. While walking around La Cantera mall I stopped in Visible Changes to get a quick haircut, it was 20min to close. Out comes one of the most beautiful girl I have ever seen and greets me with the greatest smile.Vanessa W' as they call her is a fairly new stylist at Visible Changes and cuts like a seasoned pro. She really took her time and made sure I was happy with my cut. ..My hair looked GREAT! I will definitely be going back. more

Love this place!!! Ever since I moved to San Antonio (almost a year ago) I've been going to Tabitha and Love her! I've gone from mid length hair to extremely short hair and every time I go in she does an amazing job. I show her pictures talk a bit about what I want and she always seems to understand and cut it exactly how I want it. My whole family goes to this location to get our hair cut and we all love to go to Tabitha. If you're looking for an awesome place to get your hair cut or dyed I recommend this place. All the employees are extremely nice and welcoming. I wouldn't go anywhere else! more

Ever since i have been delievering to La Cantera, I would just pass by the place. Well ond day while i was working i thought hey why not try this place out. Martin washed/cut my hair. Gave me the best haircut. Everyone was extremely friendly. great service. Ever since that day, i only go there. if you go ask for Martin. He's the only one i let touch my hair. Funny guy too. more

As new people to San Antonio, it took me while to have enough courage to make an appointment and get my hair cut. I was referred to Visible Changes and Samantha Patterson by one of my co-workers that I always love how her hair looks! I finally made the appointment and LOVED it! Samantha is wonderful, I am always greeted by all of the other employees and fully pampered! They call to remind you of the appointment (two thumbs up for this service!) and are always so courteous! I will continue to go in and have Samantha take care of my hair! She is awesome! Love everything about her and the entire place! more

I have had the same hair dresser since 2003. Even after moving to San Antonio 4 years ago, I'd still make appointments with my hair dresser when I'd go visit my family. \r \r I was referred to several different hair stylist by co-workers and friends and was never able to find one that I would go back to. I have ethnic hair, curly & frizzy and all the hair stylist seemed afraid to cut. \r \r About a month ago, I came across a recommendation written on a post-it, given to me by a fellow co-worker, a year prior...it was for Prissy (for haircut) and Sam (colorist).\r \r I made an appointment with Prissy and was extremely satisfied with her work, which she takes very seriously. \r \r What stood out from any stylist/hair dresser I've been to is that she explained everything she was going to do before she did it and explained while she was styling as well. After she cut my hair, she then took the time to give me a step-by-step of HOW to get my curls to be uniform and less frizzy.... She even WROTE DOWN THE STEPS for me. \r \r I greatly appreciate the care she took to make my experience less nerve-racking. i went to prissy over a year ago and loved my haircut. but, then i got a little busy from work etc, & then decided i wanted to grow my hair out... then i tried to cut it myself (bad idea), then i tried to give myself bangs (worse idea). i knew i needed to go back but for some reason i felt bad/guilty for not going to her in the first place so i went somewhere else to get it ""fixed"". i hated it even more. so i went back to prissy and she made it all better :) i will never go anywhere else to get my hair done ever! (unless she becomes employed elsewhere) ...i also will never cut my own hair again ;P more

I was fed up with my long hair. I wanted it chopped off so I could be free from the weighted curls that were dried out and frizzy. Baby, military, and full time job lifestyle; I was begging myself for something easier and different. But I knew that I needed to pay more for a good quality hair cut and it was COMPLETELY worth it. ELENA was/is my hair stylist and I will say that, though I have never payed that much for a hair cut, I have since been back once and know that with my type of hair you need to pay a little more for to feel confident knowing its going to come out looking perfect. The thinning products and straightener work great that she recommended as well. I needed a haircut fast and was able to get an appointment at Visible Changes right away. Bianca was my stylist, and listened to what I was wanting, taking in to account my being a ""not so young' woman with thinning hair. She gave me a great cut, and I continued to go back for more. Recently, she introduced me to a new product that has improved my ability to style my own hair at home, and have my hair appear fuller. Thank you BIANCA !!!!!!! more

I would like to share my recent experience getting my haircut at Visible Changes with everyone. I had been growing my hair out for over a year to give my stylist plenty to work with but the requests from my family to cut my hair were a bit too much for me to take and I couldn’t wait any longer to get back to the stylist I normally go to, whose shop is in another State and City than where I live. Being a professional musician & on the road a lot meant that I wouldn’t have to wait too long, but I had waited too long and decided to just get my haircut in San Antonio where I live. My wife called Visible Changes at La Cantera, explained who I was and set me up an appointment with Prissy. I knew exactly what kind of look I wanted and even brought an image I had found online that looked very close to what I was looking for in a new hairstyle. Prissy and the staff took very good care of me and the end result looked so close to what I wanted, that I will more than likely never go anywhere else to get my hair done. Prissy is the best! My husband and I both go to her after she was recommended to us by a couple who also go to her. I am in the process of growing my hair from a very short pixie hairstyle (think 1/4"" all the way around) to something shoulder length. Although I started going to Prissy once I already had this style she never missed a beat and has consistently given me the best haircuts I have ever had. She is helping me style my hair through the growing out period, which we all know can be THE WORST! However, she has taken the pain out of it, so much so I actually look forward to the next style. I would give her 10 stars if that were an option. more

I am a male and I was skeptical about getting a 30-50 dollar haircut, until I meet and had my haircut with Samantha Peterson. She turned my hair around!! Before coming to Visible changes (Samantha Patterson) I hated my hair. With a little help from this hair angel, I stay away from the caps now. Make sure you ask her to give you the Tea Tree shaping cream product it does wonders for a man's hair. It is fairly priced and lasts a long time. Get your hair DID by Samantha Patterson!! more

Samantha Patterson is seriously the best! Of all the hair stylists I've been to, she has been the friendliest, most talented of them all. No exaggeration, she is the best I've ever had. She is funny and incredibly nice. She gives fantastic service and makes you feel comfortable. I was a pain of a customer because I was very particular with the hair style I wanted, but she was kind through it all. And my hair is PERFECT. She is INCREDIBLE! The way she cut my hair is even more perfect than I had imagined. I could keep writing about how great Samantha is, but you should just see for yourself. If you go to Visible Changes at La Cantera, ask for Samantha Patterson. Seriously, you will not be disappointed. :D :D :D more

I went to rios salon on military by the heb plus i got a hair cut (More like Butchered) and I gave them a picture of how I wanted my hair to look...the stylist shaved my head and i pulled away and said it was TOO SHORT she agreed and i said...well i cant go back now so she continued to mess up over and over....my wife was there and sat down in the chair next to me and the other stylist yelled at her YOU CANT SIT ON THOSE CHAIRS!!! SIT BACK THERE!!! that stylist was the manager!!! when i was done I refused to pay but they said I had to I was going to walk off when they started to call the cops!!!! I said I have to go pay someone else to fix my hair to give me a discount!!! they said NO full price!!! so i left paying full price, unsatisfied, had the cops called on me and rude service.......my wife gets her haircuts and styling at visible changes and called up the manager because she wanted to get her point of view on what she would have done...the manager from visible changes (MELISSA) said come in and she will take care of me...so I went over to visible changes la cantera and she took an appointment for me I got a shampoo, a haircut and style by PATTY who was wonderful and a great stylist. I went to pay and it was at NO COST!!!! I was truly BLESSED by MELISSA and her crew at VISIBLE CHANGES LA CANTERA especially PATTY!!! The didnt have to fix someone elses mistake but I learned my lesson and Visible Changes is the only place for me now!! Im forever grateful and blessed and I will recommend them to everyone and anyone!!!! more

I usually stress over new people cutting my hair, but Stephanie was so polite and made me feel at ease. She help me update my hairstyle with nice long layers and the side bang, LOVE IT! Feel younger and somehow I feel like I have more hair hair. Thanks Stephanie!! more

Thanks for the beautiful Bangs!!! I was undecided on getting bangs being in my late 30's. Stephanie worked with my face frame and now not only do I love my bangs I look a few years younger. OH and dont forget.......Stephanie also has a pleasant face to look at!!!! more
