went there and have my eyes examined and got new glasses. they where supposed to be done in a week. it took them 2 weeks to deliver. after i got them i found out the transition lenses where not working. have to take them back twice for them to do them right. today i went to ask them to fix one of the legs that was loose and i was told that the technician was busy and to come back another day. i went to the optical that was close to them and they did fixed it for me for free and it only took like 1 minute to tight the screw. i will never use their service anymore. beware. once they have your money they won't deliver. horrible service more

My family have gone to Lens lab express for years which is up the block from Vision quest . My yearly exam was due and I walked in to Lens lab. when I first walked in the complete staff were eating with crumbs allover the store. I almost threw up and were cursing like savages. no one attempted to acknowledge my presence and looked at my and my family as if I was interrupting there feeding time. So I turned around and kept walking to VISION QUEST when I came in I was greeted with such warmth and OMG the store was beautiful a girl named Josie took care of me and her customer service was amazing I had my eyes tested by a Dr. baxter and purchased two pairs of glasses which I never have done while doing business with LENS LAB for the past 4 years I finally found a place where I feel my money was well spent and my family and friends have now found a place to call there Optical store. I spent $1800.00 and feel it was worth every single penny. I only went to this place because it was listed as a place that took my coverage ..and it was very close to my home ..well I should have gotten in my car and drove someplace else even if it was miles away ...I spent about $1000.00 on Eye exams Glasses and contact lenses ...well they told me everything would take approx. 3-5 days to finish after about a week and a half I went to them ..Items still not ready ..I had purchased Glasses with all kinds of options ...Transitions ,Lighter glass ..and something call Scratch guard ...the add claimed dirt ,water , fingerprints and scratches would be eliminated...after about a week I begin to notice scratches all over lenses ..when I took them back I was told what was I wipping them with ...(now on line the adds show lenses being scratched with ""STEEL WOOL"" and being simply wiped off ..with no problems) ..I was using the cloth that they gave me with an occasional Tissue if I could not get to anything else ...well they redo the lenses ..once again no call when they were in I had to go to them again ...after the lenses were done ..Now this is the same day I get home and take another look ..and while there were no scratches in lenses I can plainly see marks from a suction cup type vise that they use to hold lenses while they shape them ...I decided not to take these lenses back as I feel things will not get any better ...I will NEVER NEVER go to this place again ..and I advise everyone else to avoid this place also Pros: Close to my Home Cons: Poor customer Service more

DON'T GET YOUR EYE EXAM HERE or CONTACTS....YOU ALL WILL REGRET IT!..TAKE MY STUPID ADVICE...SERIOUSLY... I agree with this person before, I ordered contacts they told me it was $250.00 we had to pay upfrontso they can order it big mistake... I couldnt see through the trials or the original lens, they told me I need to get adjusted to them but to no avail they were fuzzy and I couldnt read with them so I gave it 2-3-5 days tops..still was fuzzy..I couldnt read signs on the wall..or even a book..after they assured me if I wanted it changed come back ..I did! then the next test the doctor didnt help ( he never let me read the fine print on the first eye test, and this test he let me read it....THE trials were worst than ever! I almost got knocked down by a car in my second trials...so the I went back and told the doctor this pair is worst...so he said...well i guess u have top go with the first pair...what a crappy doctor! ROBBERY!....., they said If I want perfect vision I have to pay an extra $200.00...WHAT???!! If I knew that was the price I wont have been at this place. The doctor > Dr. Baxter didnt even give me a thorough eye exam..he assumed my astigmatism won't affect me..WHAT??!! He cant assume that! I dont know what game these people play to get unsuspecting customers to let them pay more...thats not all > I ordered COLOURED contacts..THE LEFT CONTACT LENS IS BIGGER THAN THE RIGHT ONE...IT falls down constantly to the edge of my eye. I LOOK CROSS EYED!! The doctor and the sales rep. said they saw nothing wrong..and everybody else said...WHAT THE HELL.....YOU LOOK CROSSEYED! oooooo im so angry! SUMMARY.. MISLEADING, WRONG PRESCRIPTION GIVEN, POOR QUALITY OF CONTACTS, AND A VERY SNOBBY DOCTOR...I just wish I was more demanding....Now I lost all my money and I have to throw away these contacts, spend more money to redo eye exam, buy contacts..because they say ITS NON-REFUNDABLE!! I went to this store looking for a brand name pair of sunglasses. From what I saw on display they had a nice selection, but the only problem is that the females that work there are not there to assist you. I didn't get the name of the one that was supposely assisting me, but she was the youngest looking one out the crew. They were to busy talking to each other and putting stuff away and little do they know thanks to them this store lost a customer that was ready to spend $500 for a nice pair of sunglasses. I will never buy anything from this store. Cons: Horrible Customer Service don't waist you time. more

The reps were very helpful, but misleading. They told me the glasses I was buying was a great quality. Within a year of buying it, it broke. I have astigmatism, so I also bought a pair of contacts which cost $500 .. my contacts ended up ripping within that same year I bought my glasses. I went to a different optical place and asked how much their contacts and glasses were. It ended up with me realizing vision quest optical RIPPED ME OFF BADLY!!!! I bought new glasses and contacts at the other optical place for 75% less and for greater lasting quality!!!! Please do not shop at vision quest optical if you're looking for quality glasses or contacts!!!!!!!! Pros: Good customer service Cons: Horrible quality glasses & contacts more
