I wonder why I bother to "confirm" my appointment when I get a call later on to "confierm" my appointment. Seems likwe a waste of someone's time & effort> more

Dr. Gelinas and staff go the Exta mile! 12/21/2011

I have to say that this year I have experienced Great care at Vision Associates of Prospect. Dr Gelinas has gone out of her way to make sure that I have the best eye care available,regardless of my financial situation. The staff is super friendly,and really make you feel comfortable. They take the time to answer all questions, and explain procedures. Even when I stopped in without an appointment,I am treated with great consideration. Thank you Dr. Gelinas! more

Been a patient for over thirty years. Always get a complete eye exam sometime it appears to be extensive. But remember this is your eyesight best to be a little overly cautious. more

From the receptionists to the doctors...all were professional and bend-backwards helpful. In a few phone calls, one visit, and a pick-up, they earned our trust, our business, and our confidence that they should care for our family's eyes. more

My Eye Pain and Discomfort 11/30/2011

I was extrememly grateful that Dr. Kline found what was causing my eye pain. It was an ingrown eyelash. I had been suffering with it for 10 days because it was misdiagnosed by someone else. more

I think when a patient has a longer wait than 15 minutes they should be given the option of waiting in the large waiting room verses the small exam room. more

Doctors and Staff seem a little pushy when it come's to purchasing their products and making future appointments for contacts and eye exams etc... I don't like it that is why I left Dr Buamans on Lakewood rd. Besides thoughs issues everything else was great. more

I was recommended by a co-worker and very satisfied with Dr Gelinas. I have diabetes and require a thourough annual eye exam. She did a wonderful job and I recommend her highly. more

I had to spend a long time in the office for different issues. Everybody involved was wonderful and helpful. I hope it's clear that I gave a rating of 5 stars, not 4.5. more
