GREAT VISIT 11/3/2011

From the front desk staff, Dr. Kline, his excellent support staff, help in choosing a new pair of glasses right on through to the end of my visit, each and every person I encountered was extremely friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and concerned about me as their patient. Everyone talked to ME, not around me or above me. Every aspect was explained to me and I left the office feeling very secure I had found the right people to take care of my eyes. Their new office is just beautiful also. Very warm and inviting. more

Was very impressed with Dr. Gelinas.....seemed very knowledgeable and her explanation of everything was easy to understand....only disappointment was the 20 minute wait once I was ushered in to the exam room. more

Dr. Kline is great 10/15/2011

I have been going to Dr. Kline for 25 years. He is great with perscriptions for glasses and contacts. He is not only a phenominal optometrist, he is a caring and sensitive person. more

Simply The Best, Vision Associates of Prospect 10/14/2011

Dr.Kline and his associates provide simply put, the best eye care available. A routine eye exam, or an emergency situation, they are there to provide the best in eye care for their patients. The Doctors and the office staff at Vision Associates are there for their patients. They are all extremely helpful and courteous. more

I feel that the service I receive at Vision Associates is truly wonderful. The staff is very polite and courteous and the doctors are knowledgeable and very customer oriented. This is the best vision care I have ever received and experienced and will continue visiting the office along with my family. Thank you and keep up the excellent work! more

I'm always pleased after my visit to Vision Associates of Prospect.I smelled fresh brewed coffee right into entering the office.Dr. Youngquist took concern and interest in discussing my options.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars,office radio wasn't accessible to turn on Pandora site. more

I have never had a bad experience with any of my visits to Dr Kline's office. Everyone I have had to do my testing or checking me out have been very nice & friendly. I would recommend Dr.Kline & associates to anyone who asked for a good doctor. more

Follow up visit 9/8/2011

I had a follow up appointment with Dr Gelinas on Tuesday @5:30 and was very pleased to be in and out of the office in 20 minutes! This shows me that you appreciate my business and more importantly respect my time - thank you for the improved service, it is very much appreciated! more

Outstanding Staff and Facility 9/2/2011

Doctors and staff consumate professionals. Warm, friendly, welcoming, and caring. Explanations given in lay terms. And, best of all, all maintain a sense of humor. The facility itself is really pleasant and appealing. I would recommend this practice to all. more

Wait time 9/1/2011

The people at your office are very nice and thorough. I really like Dr Kline and his patient interaction. I also had a pleasant experience with Dr Gelinas recently. My complaint is the wait time. I had an appointment at the end of July for just an MCAP test - waited for 45 minutes and had to leave before Dr Kline came to see me. My last appointment Tuesday the 30th, my appoitnment was 6:30. I did get to the office @6:35 and an asst took care of me 5 mins later. I waited at least 45 mins before Dr Gelinas came to exam my eyes which took about 15 mins. I left your office about 7:50-8:00-this is just unacceptable. more
