I had plans to try some place new to get my hair cut when I stumbled upon Visage. I went with my friend hoping they could take us as walk ins. To our suprise the service was remarkable. Probably some of the best customer service I've ever had. We were floored to say the least. Not only do they listen and talk to you about your hair....they know how to cut hair. Every hairdresser was incredably friendly and took intrest in you immediatly. And before we left...the offered us to have our makeup put on for free!! We walked out looking like movie stars! This will forever be my hairsalon to go to! Pros: Great employees, wonderful customer service!!! Cons: None at all more

I had one of the worst expericences ever! I was expecting a day of relaxation and walked out with 2 days of frustration! I had to go back the next day to fix a botched job that was done! The customer service was nice; however, fake. The individualI had tried too hard to make herself pleaseant that she got to the point of being annoying. The make-up application that they offer is not sanitary at all. They use the same brushes on everyone without cleaning in between. Same with the lipstick....same applicator as the last customer! I would not recommend using this Salon at all. For the price, I would rather go to the Senator, which allows usage of pool, sauna, jacuzzi and weight room with any of their services for virtually the same prices as Visage.
