What more can I say about Nihad that hasn't already been said. He is simply amazing. I live on the Eastside and he's well worth the drive. I can't say enough good things about him. You can always expect a very personal experience where he'll listen to your likes and dislikes and then give you an honest assessment of what can be done to make you look your best. He makes your color shine and even the grow out over time still looks great. And he's very efficient so you won't be spending all day in the chair. I heard about Virtu by googling 'best blonde foil in Seattle'. I have had extremely dark brown hair for the past few years, but have always wanted to try the lighter side of things :) Nihad was so professional, and made me feel completely at ease during the whole experience. I never thought that I would be able to look good with blonde hair, but with Nihad's expertise my hair looked so incredibly natural. I was in seattle last weekend because I travel a lot from california to seattle. I found out about Virtu Salon, and I called , and the receptionist that answered the phone was so polite. She was kind and professional at the same time. I made an appointment with Nihad for a highlight and cut. When I arrived for my appointment, the staff took initiative to take my coat , get a glass of great wine and seat me until Nihad was ready to see me. I felt so comfrotable at Virtu because it felt like home. Virtu reminded me lot of the boutique salons in California. The atmosphere was great ,and I have never been to a salon that serves wine ! What a great way to de-stress and get your hair done. I met with Nihad, and he quickly started talking to me about my hair , the condition and what he could do for me. He asked me what I liked previously and what I did not. I was really happy , the whole time he was doing my hair , and we kept a smooth conversation going. There is nothing like getting your hair done, when the stylist does not have any personality. Anyways, when Nihad was done with my hair , the color was so beautiful. It looked so shiny and the damage was gone in an instant from the previouse color job. I have never had my hair feel so good after a color before. The highlights were so blended and uniquely placed on my head. I give this place a huge recommendation because of its' calming atmosphere, a staff that is professional and they do not rush. I will come back from califorinia to get my hair done each time my hair gorws out. I really appreciate such great color and can't wait to see you soon. Also I am so excited that you just brought in PHYTO products to your salon. I was sad that your shipment had not arrived yet. It just goes to show what a great salon Virtu is to be able to carry and be a PHYTO exclusive salon. Most of the upsclae salons in Calitforinia carry this line ! I am a guy, and I went into virtu to see Nihad. He did an amazing job on my hair. I would have to say the best cut I have had since I moved to Seattle. Thanks a lot Nihad. I recently had the privilege of having my hair cut and colored by Nihad at Virtu Salon and I absolutely love it!! I never thought about going lighter than a, hmm... chocolate brown lol. Nihad suggested we seriously lighten it up, and I have to admit, I was extremely nervous at first, but oh my gosh did it look amazing!! I really like that Nihad seemed to truly care that I left looking good! I absolutely love my new look, and I have Nihad to thank for that!!! Nihad is such a rock star!! I have finally ended my quest for the perfect designer! Nihad is truly a Hair God, and he lives up to that title in every aspect of his work. From the moment you step foot in this fabulously unique salon, you feel at ease- knowing that your hair is in very good hands. I can tell Nihad to 'surprise me' with my hair, and I guarantee I will love whatever he does. Yet another plus to this already amazing salon, is that they have just been approved to carry Phyto products! I absolutely loooooove Pyhto, and they are one of like, 3 salons in this area that carry this product! Truly amazing service, a must go. Nihad is the next big thing, hands down. I went to Virtu today, and I was amazed by the service. The energy was awsome, and the staff was great. I got a great color and cut by nihad, and he treated me really well. I have never been impressed by a haircut in my life. I have been to the nicest, most expensive, ""top rated"" hair salons in Seattle and Portland and I've always felt like, ""It's just a haircut and it looks decent."" Color jobs have impressed me, never cuts. Nihad changed this. First of all, let me tell you, he really takes his time to give you the perfect experience. For $45 he gives you a wonderful scalp massage, uses high quality salon products, and styles your hair so its silky smooth and shiny. The only reason I give four stars is out of personal taste. I was given layers with wispy bangs straight across my face. I know this is in style now, but it felt like this was done more out of fashion than to fit my facial features. I felt like half my face was hidden lol. Fortunately, these bangs looked super cute to the side! Even though I was thrown off by this detail, everyone else seemed to love it. So much so that when I was at the bus stop person, after person, after person turned their head to take a look at me and my model perfect, straight and silky hair. In fact, one man pulled over and asked, ""Are you okay? Do you need a ride?"" When men pull over to talk to you, you know you look damn good. :) more

I can tell you that Virtu Salon took their time on my hair, Nihad the owner was amazing. He was so nice to me , and treated me with great respect. He did an amazing job on my highlight , and I knew from the first time I met him, that I could trust him with my hair. I have never had anyone do my hair right, and I have paid over 300 dollars for my highlights , and not nearly as good of a cover up as Nihads. The salon was so cozy and unique, from the flowers and the way it smells inside. The mirrors are so great, and hand crafted !! I recommend this salon if you are seeking an authentic service , that is both quality and classy. I love this salon, from the antiques to the art on the walls. I found myself very relaxed , and calm. If you are looking for a service and at a reasonable price, check out Virtu. If Nihad is busy the rest of the staff are just as professional and talented. I am very happy that I found a salon that will listen to what I have to say and care for my needs. My hair means a lot to me , and it takes me a lot to trust someone , but how could I not trust Nihad, hes the hair guru!!!!! I LOVE What you have done , with your salon and with my hair ! I went to see Nihad at virtu, and he worked magic on my hair. The highlights were so great , and the foil placement was unbelievable. There was no lines or anything. My color looks so great, and best of all , my hair has never ever felt so good after a color job, but now it does. This stuff they use is amazing , and it does not stink like other salon stuff !!! I am so happy I found someone who can color my hair, make me laugh and also give me the best haircut ever.. YOU ROCK NIHAD !!!!! I got my highlight at Virtu yesterday, and the results were amazing. I walked in with ultra brassy blonde hair , and left with a smashing head of hair. My husband thought I looked younger. This salon is a must visit if you are looking for stylists who are good at what they do, and are not snobby. They are awsome ! Thanks for doing my hair and keeping it healthy !!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend this salon because there is good parking , and the drinks are awsome. Yes and it does smell good in there, I don't know how to describe it , but its very nice and fresh. My hair was so nice and shiny when I left Virtu. Nihad did an amazing job with my color. I was shown not color swatches , which was really cool , because at Virtu they walk you back to show you pictures of colors and different cuts , now how cool is that ??? pictures not swatches. I feel like swatches never come out the same color as I want on my hair. The staff at Virtu were kind and professional. They were really helpful in picking out the mop products for my colored hair. I walked into virtue Salon a schlumpy bedraggled lady in desperate need of a transformation and walked out a star! The salon is cozy yet elegant and YES like many of the other reviewers have stated ,it smells terrific. Nihad IS a hair god and his scalp massage is amazing...I got chills and relaxation. He uses a delicious oil that is refreshing but not cloying, wonderful. Then we went to the sink and his products again were refreshing, not heavy. ALSO and very important, Nihad is a careful washer, neither slinging water as he rinses your hair or treating you to extreme temperature changes. He is very conscious of the comfort and ease of his clientele. His cutting is superb, precise and I am not kidding my cut is stunning...I left thinking my color actually looked better and my boyfriend even asked if I'd had it done...before taking advantage of my new found glamor ;) I will be back and if you haven't been to Virtue Salon yet ,by all means GO! I had my hair become like it was when I was 16 years old again. I think I have found my salon !! I went to this salon because , its close to my house near greenwood and it looked really cool. I asked for a really nice natural ash brown for my hair, and I got it !!!!! I hate it when my hair has red or orange undertones. I got exactly what I wanted. Every other salon I have tried in the past, wanted to make my hair red or copper, and this salon did not. The cut was awsome and totally worth the money that I paid for !!!! Thank you for showing me the mop hydrating shampoo and conditioner, I love it. My hair does not tangle anymore when I try to style it. I first met Nihad on myspace almost three years ago, he contacted me saying he does amazing blonde foils. I was looking for a new stylist at the time, so I replied back to him. We got along instantly! I have followed him to every salon he has worked at, and I am so happy for him that he finally has his own salon! Nihad is such a talented and amazing artist, I never have to really explain what I want done to my hair, he just knows, and my hair always looks amazing thanks to him. He listens to his clients and knows them very well. I stopped by Virtu the other day to congratulate him and book my next appointment, the salon is so cute! I walked in, and the salon smelled so good. I had a pleasent encounter with the owner. I got my hair done with Carly, who was awsome. She listened to what I wanted and she seemed really happy. The vibe at the salon was really fun, and the energy was positive. Good music, good drinks, and a wonderful highlight by Carly. I do have to say that , whatever it was that this places uses for color, my hair has never felt so good. The texture was healthy , and she could comb through it really nice. I picked up a MOP shampoo and conditioner and they smell really good and it conditions my hair. I think the color was just what I needed to get my hair back in a healthy mode. Thanks Carly !
