Customer Service is fabulous 9/24/2013

I showed up for my scheduled appointment and was told that I didn't have one. This is the second time that I scheduled an appointment and I ran into the same problem. Va Tire was good enough to service my car (oil change). I had to leave my car at the shop since it was going to take them a bit longer to service my car. I dropped off my car at 9:15 a.m. and was called to pick up my car around noon. more

New tires 9/24/2013

Overall the experience was very good.. The only thing that bugs me is the hidden cost. When I arrange to have the tires put on I was told alignment and the normal stuff to mount balance tire. Then I get a phone call about a steering alignment. The over all cost was now higher than I was first quoted. more

Great services; competitive prices 9/5/2013

Woody provided excellent recommendation for tires since Goodyear Fortera silent armor is no longer available in my tire size. They have a van service to take home and pick up so leaving your car is no longer a quest to find a ride. One of few places with nitrogen for tires. They have competitive pricing for services and offer AAA discount. Good value for me who knows how to fill gas. more
